Patricia Kin was originally molded in 1935 at the original size of 11 1/2 inches. It is the smallest in the Patricia series that Effanbee Doll Company produced as a sequel to the vastly popular Patsy family of dolls. This doll is molded from an original composition doll and is strung in the same manner, while the costume is a copy from archive photos. Patricia Kin Cowgirl is wearing a red plaid cotton shirt, red felt skirt and matching hat, green scarf, and brown boots. Blond hair and blue eyes. Gold heart inscribed with Effanbee Durable Dolls enclosed.
