Patricia Kin was originally molded in 1935 at the original size of 11 1/2 inches. It is the smallest in the Patricia series that Effanbee Doll Company produced as a sequel to the vastly popular Patsy family of dolls. This doll is molded from an original composition doll and is strung in the same manner, while the costume is a copy from archive photos. Patricia Kin Cowgirl is wearing a red plaid cotton shirt, red felt skirt and matching hat, green scarf, and brown boots. Blond hair and blue eyes. Gold heart inscribed with Effanbee Durable Dolls enclosed. New, retired, and MIB.
